The Internet Sales Assistant will support our Internet Sales Department by maintaining real-time awareness of existing inventory while assisting both the Internet and Floor Sales Advisors. This position will act as a liaison between the Internet Department and the lot while helping to support the sales process from start to finish.

The Internet Sales Assistant will be trained in sales, sales lead processing, CRM management, phone sales, online chat, and inventory tracking.

  • Perform repairs and required preventative maintenance of trailers

  • Create and update new customer finance leads
  • Review and process applications
  • Prepare reports for Supervisor (accepted, denied, and leads to follow up with)
  • Continued learning of the finance providers currently using and their rates etc.
  • Filing paperwork for applicants
  • Identify and address account discrepancies with the supervisor
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training
